Moving into Keminmaa

If you are moving to a house or an apartment, you need to order electricity contract from energy seller. You can search deals from www.sahkonhinta.fi. Keminmaan Energia ja Vesi Oy does not sell energy contracts, Company only transfers the electricity through the grid.
After you have chosen the Energy seller please contact us with Email where you have established your name, address, where you are moving and invoicing information. With water connections you need to also report the water meter reading. District heat supply process you can also start with first contact by email. If your water pipes are leaking, it is important to act quickly to prevent further damage to your property. Here are some steps you can take:

If the leak is located before your main water shut-off, contact out water maintanence and we will come and close the valve, located at the edge of your property.
Call a plumber: Contact a professional plumber to assess the situation and repair the leaking pipe. They will have the tools and expertise to fix the issue properly.

Check if the outage is affecting other houses in your area: If the outage seems isolated to your house, check your circuit breaker or fuse box to see if a circuit has been tripped. Reset the breakers or replace the fuses if needed.
